THE BRIEF:
Manage trader operations for Carnaval del Pueblo, the largest Latin American carnival in Europe, ensuring a vibrant, safe, and well-coordinated festival environment for food, craft, and commercial traders.
MY ROLE:

~ Oversaw the full trader lifecycle, including selection, application, onboarding, and compliance checks for food, craft, and commercial vendors.
~ Worked closely with local authorities to ensure all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene requirements were met.
~ Coordinated stall allocations and site layout, optimising flow, accessibility, and overall festival experience.
~ Acted as the main point of contact for traders, event management, security, and authorities, resolving issues and facilitating communication.
~ Supported a multicultural, high-energy environment by ensuring trader operations ran smoothly and aligned with festival objectives.
