THE BRIEF:
Support the delivery of a premium collectors’ dinner at Frieze London, ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience for invited collectors, galleries, sponsors, and VIP stakeholders within the fast-paced environment of an international art fair.
MY ROLE:
Coordinated guest operations and front-of-house delivery across a two-month planning and live event period, supporting a refined and personalised experience for VIP and priority attendees.
Coordinated the guestlist and RSVP process end-to-end, administering inbox communications, responding to high-volume enquiries, and maintaining accurate, real-time records across multiple stakeholder groups.
Developed detailed seating plans and table allocations, balancing protocol, partner priorities, and relationship-building objectives.
Acted as the key point of contact for VIP guests, galleries, and partners, coordinating pre-event communications and handling last-minute changes with discretion and professionalism.
Supported on-site delivery including check-in, accreditation, and guest flow, troubleshooting in real time to keep service smooth and on schedule.
