THE BRIEF:
Lead production for a large-scale community truck show in Western Australia, delivering a high-quality public event for 10,000 attendees while maximising fundraising outcomes for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research through strong operations, programming, and sponsor engagement.
MY ROLE:
Led end-to-end production across a multi-acre site, overseeing site coordination, logistics, staffing, crowd flow, and supplier liaison.
Managed exhibitor onboarding and coordination, ensuring smooth bump-in, clear communication, and consistent standards across the site.
Led creative and operational production of all programming, shaping the structure, flow, and presentation of activities including truck showcases, family zones, and brand activations.
Oversaw the planning and delivery of the formal sponsorship dinner, coordinating catering, programming, VIP guest experience, speeches, and sponsor engagement.
Led site development planning and stakeholder liaison, expanding the scope and quality of programming year on year.
Managed the $700,000 event budget with a focus on increasing the charity contribution while elevating overall production standards.
