THE BRIEF:
Support Amplify and their client Yahoo in delivering a 4-day programme of brand experiences at Motel Yahoo, a high-profile creative activation at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, ensuring seamless flow, strong audience engagement, and high client satisfaction.
MY ROLE:

Assisted in delivering a multi-day programme of brand experiences, including keynote speeches, pop-ups, VIP parties, and activations.

Enhanced attendee experience by designing clear, dynamic schedules and run-of-show documents that guided flow and timing across multiple touchpoints.

Collaborated with partners, clients, and creative teams to refine activations and resolve on-site challenges swiftly.

Supported the design and coordination of food and beverage experiences, ensuring they complemented the overall creative vision of the event.
