THE BRIEF:
Support the events and hospitality delivery for a nationally televised awards ceremony. Coordinate guest operations and logistics to ensure a seamless experience for nominees, partners, and VIPs within a live broadcast environment.
MY ROLE:

Coordinated guestlist and RSVP management across nominees, sponsors, and VIP attendees. Maintained accurate, real-time records in the lead-up to the show.

Built detailed seating plans and table allocations. Balanced protocol, broadcast requirements, and partner priorities.
Acted as a key point of contact for VIP liaison. Managed communications and handled requests with discretion and professionalism.
Oversaw shared inboxes and high-volume enquiries. Provided clear and timely information to guests and stakeholders.
Produced guest information packs and staff briefing packs. Prepared schedules, access details, and operational notes to align teams.
Coordinated print, signage, credentials, and ad-hoc event supplies.
Supported on-site delivery including check-in, front-of-house flow, and live troubleshooting during rehearsals and broadcast.
