Coordinated end-to-end programming across nine stages, advancing and delivering a lineup of 90+ artists spanning wellness, fitness, music, and talks.

Reviewed applications and curated the programme, shaping a balanced schedule aligned with audience interests, brand objectives, and stage capacities.
Coordinated artist booking processes including offers, negotiations, and contract preparation, ensuring clear agreements and accurate documentation.
Led artist liaison and advancing, serving as the primary point of contact for performers and tour managers and communicating technical, logistical, and scheduling requirements.
Built and maintained master schedules and detailed run-of-show documents, aligning changeovers and stage activity to support smooth, concurrent operations.
Supported budget oversight across artist fees and related costs, balancing programme ambition with financial targets.
